The term Mokume Gane means 'wood eye' in Japanese as it gives the appearance of wood grain.
The intreguing and unique patterns are created by bonding several types of metal together with intense heat, coupled with time consuming delicate perserverance . The beautiful swirling patterns are then forged by twisting and rolling the metals whilst they are red hot.
This Mokume Gane ring is made in a combination of palladium, 18kt rose gold, silver and stainless steel and measures approximately 6.8mm wide.
Each Mokume Gane ring has a slightly different pattern, making each ring a unique treasure.
